How do I pay my rent?
Login to your Tenant Portal at https://bloomtreerental.appfolio.com/connect and click on Pay Now or Set up Autopay and follow the steps. Echecks are FREE, however Debit/Visa/MC you will incur a 3rd party processing fee. You may also pay your rent with a check, cashier’s check or money order at our office. We do not accept cash. Payments made payable to: BloomTree Rental Solutions.
How do I give my 30-Day Notice that I’m moving out?
Login to your Tenant Portal at https://bloomtreerental.appfolio.com/connect and click on Contact Us, then click on Request Notice to Vacate. Friendly reminder that residential leases are based on a periodic month, so if you are requesting a move-out before the end of a month, your rent will not be prorated back to you unless a new tenant is secured by a lease. If you are requesting a move-out before your lease is up, check your lease for a Lease Break Fee, and you are responsible for rent until the end of your lease term. Security Deposits are not allowed to be used as “last month rent”.
How do I get my deposit back?
Arizona law allows Landlords 14 business days to process a Tenants’ deposit disposition. If you do not leave the property in turn-key condition – neat, clean, and undamaged – ready for a new tenant and vendors are needed to clean, make repairs for damage, clean up landscaping, etc., these charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
