Our Team
Jennifer Browning is our Designated Broker, part owner of the company, & has been in property management since 2007. Her 30+ year customer service background stems from working for a grocery company & high-end accessory manufacturer in CA, plus 14+ years in Property Management & Real Estate sales. Shannon has been a licensee for 21+ years & started in the Lake Havasu AZ area before joining us in 2017. She excels at building Owner and Tenant relationships for our company. Her skills are invaluable, and everyone loves working with her!
Gary has been licensed since 2019, got his Broker license in 2024 and is co-owner of the company since inception. He manages our commercial properties and supervises our R&M. He has extensive experience in commercial electrical, commercial HVAC & industrial cooking equipment installation & repair. He and Jenny have been married for 28+ years and they have two adult children.
Heather joined us in June 2021 & manages our Northern Prescott Quad City portfolio. She is also licensed in CA and has years of experience in restaurant management/service with a passion for distance backpacking & off-roading. She enjoys living off-grid with her husband, dogs, cats and livestock!
Karla got her real estate license in 2019 and her jam is Sales & Transaction Coordination. She has a background in accounting, is talented with marketing and home decor, and works alongside our Broker in business development. She is married to her childhood sweetheart!
Asia joined our crew in August 2024 and brings 11+ years of property management experience with excellent organizational and analytical skills. She is teamed with Gary in managing R&M, she is Lead Inspector for our portfolio, and is our Compliance Manager. She also rocks at raising her two children!
Brittany brings concierge leasing expertise having worked at a 100 unit hotel-like apartment building, and she got her real estate license early 2026 and closed her first sale by April! She is growing quickly in our company, and excelling at everything handed her way. Brittany’s adorable cream-colored Dachshund, Finnegan, has an Instagram worth following his adventures!
