We handle every aspect of management so you can focus on what matters most while we handle all operational details such as advertise and show vacancies, screen prospects with full criminal, eviction, and credit search, execute leases, rent collection, property accounting, lease compliance, frequent drive-by inspections, repair & maintenance coordination, pre-renewal and move-out inspections, assist with forcible detainers/evictions and everything else in between.  Our monthly fee is gross rent percentage based with multi-property rates negotiable, dependent on property needs.

Our one-time set up fee covers property photos, file set up, online marketing on 20+ websites, ‘For Lease’ sign, our time fielding inquiries, showing the property and more.

Tips for Landlords

  • Ensure your homeowners insurance is a Landlord policy and covers you when you have renters.
  • Make sure dryer vents are clean before you rent out your property.
